CPA proposal  /  September 2026  /  Prepared for ClutchPacks

Buyers,
not eyeballs.

You told us the goal plainly: bring the CPA down. Not more views, not a bigger reach number on a report. So this whole programme is priced against one figure, the cost of a first-time ClutchPacks buyer, and measured in the same SellExpert dashboard your affiliates already live in.

01  /  What we heard

A good event.
Starved of creative.

Your paid buy is already optimising on the right thing: a user who pulls out a card and buys for the first time. That is the event that matters and we are keeping it. The problem is the price it clears at, $150, when your affiliate programme brings the same buyer in for $80.

The gap is not a mystery. Affiliates win because they show the product: somebody rips a pack, the hit lands, the chat goes up. An ad unit has to fake that moment. You already have the real thing sitting in a library, in influencer clips, in screen recordings of live rips, and in content that is adjacent to what Deoxys makes. It is just not working hard enough yet.

So the job is simple to say: take the footage you already own, multiply it through a clip network, add creators and our own produced videos, and feed the winners to Meta. Then report every dollar as cost per first buyer, next to your $80.

What the audit looks at first

  • First purchase is a rare signal. Meta's delivery system wants roughly 50 optimisation events a week per ad set to settle. At $150 a buyer that is $7,500 a week per ad set just to leave learning, so most accounts at this price never do.
  • Creative is the constraint, not budget. Feed the same three ads more money and the CPA rises. The unlock is volume and variety of real rip footage, tested cheaply before it is scaled.
  • Screen recordings are your best ad and your least used one. The ClutchPacks UI, the reveal, the dollar value on the hit. That is the product demo, and it converts because it is literally what the buyer is about to do.
  • Clips are the cheapest test lab you will ever get. Every clip that pops is a proven hook. A proven hook is an ad creative you did not have to guess at.
02  /  The build

Three engines,
one scoreboard.

These are not three line items that share an invoice. Clips find the hooks, creators supply the credibility and the best raw footage, and Meta scales whatever the first two proved. Every placement across all three carries a SellExpert link and code.

ENGINE 01

Meta paid social

The direct response layer, and deliberately not the biggest one. It starts with an audit of your current account, then scales whatever clips and creators prove.

  • Creative cut from your influencer clips and screen recordings, vertical, hook in the first 1.5 seconds, the hit value on screen.
  • Consolidated structure, few ad sets, so the purchase signal is not split thin across a dozen audiences.
  • Prospecting on hobby and TCG interest stacks, lookalikes off your purchasers, retargeting on pack page viewers who did not buy.
  • Weekly creative refresh, fed by whatever is winning in the clip network.
  • Management: $4,000 a month minimum, 20% of Meta spend from $20,000. No creative fee, no setup fee, no reporting fee.
ENGINE 02

Clipping

A network of 55K real clippers posting to a brief from their own accounts, served by the platforms to collectors.

  • Four content pools, shown below: your influencer clips, your screen recordings, Deoxys adjacent content, and videos we produce.
  • ClutchPacks lockup in the corner of every clip and tagged in every caption.
  • Every clipper gets their own SellExpert code to read on screen or in the caption, so the viewer who never taps a link still gets counted.
  • We ask every clipper to put your link in their bio. A lot of them do it. We do not promise it, and the model does not assume it.
  • Priced at a $3 CPM floor, which is the number we hold.
ENGINE 03

Creator posts

Dedicated posts from known breakers and collectors across sports, One Piece and Pokemon. The list is mapped and scored below.

  • Priced on a $10 CPM against each creator's real median reach, never their follower count.
  • Every creator was checked against their own recent uploads, with pinned posts excluded and bought audiences removed.
  • Each creator runs on their own SellExpert link and code, the same way an affiliate does, so they are judged on the same number.
  • Their footage is licensed straight into the clip pool the week it posts.
  • Honest note: these are the credibility layer. A known breaker ripping a ClutchPacks pack is proof, an ad saying provably fair is a claim.
Pool 01 · yours

Influencer clips

Everything your creators and affiliates have already shot for you. It works once on their channel and then sits. We re-cut it into dozens of variants.

Pool 02 · yours

Screen recordings

The rip on the ClutchPacks UI, the reveal, the value of the hit. The purest product demo you have, and the fastest to turn into ads.

Pool 03 · network

Deoxys adjacent

Pack opening content in the style that already travels in the hobby, clipped with your lockup and your code on it.

Pool 04 · ours

Produced videos included

We make our own rip content for ClutchPacks, built to test specific hooks. No creative fee, at any tier.

The loop

A creator rips a pack. That footage goes into the clip pool. Clippers cut 40 versions. Three of them hit. Those three become Meta creative, and Meta scales the winner.

Why production is free

Because the engines produce it. We are not going to bill you for creative when the clip network is already generating hundreds of variants and telling us which ones work.

Sports first

Your inventory is mostly sports, with One Piece and Pokemon alongside it, and the brief and ad creative follow that mix. Sports reach is spread across many smaller live breakers rather than a few big pages, which is exactly why clipping carries the sports volume.

03  /  The money

Three tiers.
Named after your packs.

Liftoff, Ascent and Orbit: $20,000, $30,000 and $50,000 a month. The allocation is a formula, not three hand picked columns, so anything in between is real too. Drag it and watch the cost per first buyer.

Total reach
These are projected, estimated goals, not guarantees. They come from the funnel rates printed below, before we have seen inside your ad account. Step one is an audit of your current paid setup, and the real goals get set with you from what it shows. From there we report against them every week.

Meta is kept to a minority of the programme: 25% at Liftoff, rising to 40% at Orbit as the clip and creator engines give it proven creative to scale. Clipping runs 38% down to 32%, and creator posts take the remainder. Produced videos cost nothing at any tier. Every number on this page comes from one model, so the slider and the cards cannot disagree.

Where this is fragile

Two honest soft spots. First, Meta at small budgets carries the $4,000 management minimum, so at Liftoff it is the priciest engine per buyer. It earns its place because it is the only one that scales on demand, and the audit decides how hard we push it.

Second, clip click rate. We model of views tapping a link or using a code. If it lands at 0.30% instead, this tier's CPA moves to roughly . It is the first thing we would report on.

05  /  Attribution

Measured in your dashboard.

You already run affiliates through SellExpert with UTM links and promo codes. We plug into the same system rather than handing you a report of our own, so our CPA sits in the same view as your $80, counted the same way.

01

A link and a code, everywhere

Every ad set, every clipper and every creator gets its own SellExpert UTM and its own promo code. One naming structure across all three engines.

02

Codes catch the quiet ones

Short form viewers often never tap a link. They remember the name and a code and type it in later. The code is how that buyer still gets counted.

03

One buyer, counted once

Link and code can both fire on the same person, so we reconcile on the first purchase order, never on clicks plus redemptions.

04

Weekly CPA, by engine

Cost per first buyer for Meta, clipping and each creator, every week, against your $80 affiliate line. Money moves toward whatever is cheapest.

06  /  The proposed creator list

139 creators, checked.

Sports breakers, hobby box openers, One Piece and Pokemon rippers, pulled from TikTok and Instagram and measured against a median of 27 real uploads each, pinned posts excluded. Sortable and filterable. This is the pool Engine 03 buys from.

How the list was cleaned

  • Relevance is scored on each creator's own recent posts, never on the search that found them, so accounts with one incidental card video are gone.
  • Median views is taken across each creator's recent uploads, and anyone with fewer than three measurable uploads was dropped rather than reported on one viral outlier.
  • Pinned posts are excluded. Creators pin their biggest hits, so those slots are selected for virality and drag a median upward.
  • Bought audiences were removed two ways: reach under 5% of following (bought followers), and likes under 0.15% of views (bought views).
  • Brand, league, grading and marketplace accounts were removed, along with other rip platforms and creators currently sponsored by one. None of them are buyable, and some of them work for your competitors.

How to read it

  • Median views per upload is what a typical video does, not their best one. It is the number the $10 CPM prices against.
  • Lane is what their own recent uploads are about: sports, One Piece, Pokemon, or a mix. The biggest single pages in the hobby are Pokemon, so the top of a reach sort leans that way. Filter to Sports to see the breakers.
  • Engagement is per view on TikTok and per follower on Instagram, because the platforms distribute differently. Compare within a platform, not across.
  • Ran paid marks creators with recent paid partnership posts. They already know the format and the disclosure rules.
  • Rates are indicative until each creator is approached. The final list gets built with you before anything is booked.
07  /  To start

What we need
from you.

None of it is heavy. The content library is the one item with real lead time, and it unlocks the most.

  • Ad account access for the audit. Read access to your Meta account first. We audit what is running before any goal is final.
  • The library. Influencer clips, screen recordings of rips, big hits, vault and shipping b roll. The rawer the better, we cut it ourselves.
  • SellExpert access. Enough to mint links and codes for every ad set, clipper and creator under one naming structure.
  • Meta access. Business Manager partner access, the pixel, and the Conversions API if it is already wired.
  • Logo lockup files. The wordmark in white, transparent background, for the corner treatment on clips.
  • The offer. Whatever first rip promo you want the codes to carry, so the creative and the landing page say the same thing.
  • One buyer definition. A first-time card purchase, the same event your paid buy and affiliates are judged on, so we are all counting the same person.
